Caring and feeding of those stellar affiliates is important. You should have an incentive plan in rewarding their efforts if you want to keep them happy. They deserve to be well cared for- especially if they are working hard! Also, when recruiting new affiliates, it is important to immediately reward them, since we live in a society of instant gratification. After they are rewarded at first, they will assume that more rewards will come in exchange for hard work. Otherwise, if they do not see instant gratification, they will think that this work is not worth their time. They will lose interest and leave.

The third and final thing you will want to do is create a comprehensive marketing plan that incorporates your affiliate marketing program with your other business interests. Affiliate marketing can prove to be quite lucrative, and combined with your other business marketing programs you lessen the potential for missing opportunities for business success. With good affiliates, a happy affiliate environment and a strong marketing plan your business is sure to be profitable.
